Dr. Tabor G/Medhin holds a Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) from Bakke Graduate University, an MA in Organizational Leadership, a B.Ed in Pedagogical Science, and a Professional Diploma in Management from the Open University of the UK. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Tabor has excelled in teaching, media management, and leadership. His career spans roles such as General Manager of Amhara Mass Media Agency, Deputy General Manager of Ethiopian Radio and Television Agency, and Head of the Bureau of Communication in Addis Ababa.
Currently, Dr. Tabor serves as the Preprimary School Transformation Manager for the Mayor’s Strategic Programs Management Office and a Technical Advisor for the Africa Center for Early Childhood Development (AfC-ECD). He is dedicated to advancing early childhood education initiatives and expanding program reach to new regions, contributing significantly to the organization’s mission of nurturing future generation.
